IT STARTS WITH CORN
Every taco, every tostada, every chip.
We start with whole dried corn from Wisconsin growers, including Heartland Craft Grains, Meadowlark Organics and Driftless Organics, and nixtamalize it in-house. The corn is cooked and steeped with lime, then ground into fresh masa. That masa becomes every tortilla we serve.
Our chips start the same way: organic Wisconsin corn, fried right here.
